The CEO of the company Dr Williams Olarewaju Aniyi, also owns Wilda’s Football Academy, Super Impact Sports Management, and Wilda’s Global Sport Limited, a sport management firm which deals with scouting discovery players and training and development them to the full potentials to the highest pick of their footballing career.

In an exclusive interview with journalists in Jos the CEO of Wilda’s Football Academy and Super Impact Sport Management, Dr. Aniyi, a renown sport manager and also a travel agent, spoke about the academy and Super Impact Sport Management and what they are into.

He said concerning the recruitment, management, and transfer of football players, his agency first identify players through scouting, discover talents, train and develop them with state of the art facilities, build them properly and present potential players for recruitment to clubs who are interested, and the academy has so many affiliation with clubs both home and abroad.

“Wilda’s Academy have traveled round Plateau State and outside to discover talents and currently in the academy, there are six foreign players who are currently undergoing serious training to build them up with topnotch coaches.

The Sport Director of the Wilda’s Football Academy, Edward Bewarang, an ex international player in Nigeria, said:

“I first played for Juth FC of Jos. From there, I moved to Nepa, Abuja. Afterward, I played for Plateau United, Kefi United, Enyimba, Gombe United, Abia Warriors, and almost 11 other clubs in Nigeria.

“Basically, at Wilders Football Academy, we train young footballers and develop them to the highest standards using the modern trends in football. This is the foundational aspect of the game.

“Once players receive the right training, their path becomes natural. This is a route we’ve walked before, so now we see these young ones as an extension of ourselves,” he said.

He noted that in terms of training, they get the best because they have very good coaches who have played at the highest level and are now passing on their knowledge.

“As the director, I also bring a lot of experience and a professional touch to everything we do.

“One thing we don’t do at Wilda’s Football Academy is take shortcuts. I’m particularly angry with the trend in the Nigerian League, where people talk about paying money to get players into clubs. We don’t do that. We focus on training players thoroughly. Once they are ready, we project them to clubs in Nigeria and abroad.

One of the success story of Wilda’s Football Academy and Super Impact Sport Management is David Job who currently plays in Poland.

During a telephone interview with him, Job said he had tried traveling to play abroad but almost four attempts, none worked and he almost gave up before someone who got visas for his daughter to study abroad through Wilda’s Global and Sport Limited introduced him to Dr Williams Olarewaju Aniyi and he told him his whole story then makes so e contacts and get him into serious training workout a deal for him before you know it he worked out papers for me and he travel straight to the club through the agent he connected him now he’s the managing him so far he’s in his 3rd year now.
