The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Jolex Construction Company, Chief Chinedu John K. Okponwa (KSC), has congratulated Plateau State Governor, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang as he clocks two years in office on May 29.
In a congratulatory message he personally signed on Thursday, Chief Okponwa said Gov. Mutfwang has not only exhibited purposeful leadership but has also demonstrated capacity in handling the affairs of the state.
