Senator Diket Plang, representing Plateau Central Senatorial District, has urged Nigerians to tolerate the economic hardship caused by the removal of petrol subsidy.
During an interview at his empowerment programme, Plang assured his constituents that President Tinubu had good intentions for the country and that while tough times were ahead, they would ultimately lead to better days.
He acknowledged the hardship caused by the removal of fuel subsidy but highlighted measures taken by the federal government to alleviate the situation.
Plang also discussed his economic empowerment initiative, which aimed to support farmers and address the negative impacts of insecurity in his constituency.
He emphasized that this was only the beginning of his efforts to help his constituents.
