Pwul (SAN) FCIArb, the first indigenous Senior Advocate of Nigeria on the Plateau, is the one who brought the case after the court of appeals sacked 16 PDP members from the Plateau State House of Assembly. The court of appeals ruled that the PDP members were not qualified to have contested the election.
