It was fanfare and galore when the Pankwal Bogghom, His Royal Majesty, Alh. Suleiman Shehu, took it upon himself to undertake the supervision of two units of three classrooms blocks at Namaran Central Primary School, along with Hon. Salihu Ayuba Musa, the Executive Chairman of Kanam Local Government Council, as well as members of the Executive and Legislative Arms of the council.
In a statement issued by the Director of Media & Publicity to the Executive Chairman of Kanam LGA, Ibrahim Yusuf Dembo, the revered traditional ruler inspected the finished work and expressed gratitude to the Council Chairman for bringing this educational development project to Namaran Ward.
“His Royal Majesty noted that this project was long overdue, with previous administrations neglecting its importance,” Dembo said in the statement.
Continuing, the Media Director said:
“Alh. Suleiman Shehu prayed for the council Chairman’s guidance and success throughout his tenure. He also blessed him with long life and prosperity to execute more projects in the Local Government Area.
“The monarch praised the Executive Chairman as a blessing to the Bogghom nation and Namaran community for his exceptional performance.
“Separately, the Executive Chairman visited the Council Secretariat in Dengi to supervise the interlocking of the premises.
“This project has earned him the nickname “Mr. Developer” among the council staff, who applaud this development as timely and modernizing the Secretariat. The interlocking project is expected to be completed soon, thanks to the contractor’s professionalism and speed.
