Governor Mutfwang Reinstates Two Commissioners, Special Adviser, Liaison Officer
The Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has officially lifted the suspension of two commissioners, a special adviser, and a liaison officer. This decision comes after a thorough review of their conduct during the suspension period.
The reinstated officials include Hon. Chrysanthus Dawam, Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning, and Hon. Jamila Tukur, Commissioner for Tourism, Culture, and Hospitality. Hon. Dio Lamul, Special Adviser on Rural Development, and Hon. Moses Sule, Liaison Officer for Mikang Constituency, were also reinstated.
Governor Mutfwang expressed satisfaction with the significant improvements the officials had made in their conduct during the suspension period. He acknowledged their dedication to duty and ordered their reinstatement to their respective roles in recognition of their positive transformations.
The decision to reinstate these key officials was conveyed through a press release issued by Dr. Gyang Bere, Director of Press and Public Affairs to the Executive Governor, on October 1, 2024.
