The Movement for a Greater Plateau North (MGPN), has extended its most sincere and profound congratulations to Dr. Cyril Tsenyil, appointed as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, (MD/CEO) and Dr. Umar Ibrahim Mantu, appointed as Member, of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC) by His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
