It was a befitting end as the Executive Chairman of Mangu Local Government, Hon. Emmanuel Bala Mwolpun on Wednesday, marked the final day of his project commissioning exercise, which began on Monday.
Represented by his deputy, Hon. Nuhu Yakwen, the Chairman commissioned two Primary Health Care centers namely PHC Zwaghal in Jipal and PHC Fungwuya in Kerang.
In a statement issued by the Director of Press and Publicity to the Executive Chairman, Jeremiah Dakahap, the commissioning of these healthcare facilities brings to a close the Chairman’s 100-day celebration, which has seen the inauguration of several projects across the local government.
Among the Chairman’s entourage were, the Leader of the Legislative Arm, Hon. Silas Nnok, Secretary of the Council, Hon. Tongpan Dachahat, PDP Chairman Mangu LGA, Hon. Mathew Daton, Councillors, Appointees and Directors of the council.
Guests present at the ceremony included Chief Erasmus Cishak, Member, Judiciary Service Commission, District Heads of Jipal and Kerang, and Galadiman Kerang.
The successful completion of these projects demonstrates the administration’s commitment to improving the lives of the people of Mangu Local Government.
