The Executive Chairman of Kanam Local Government Council, Hon. Salihu Ayuba Musa, warmly congratulates the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Plateau State, Hon. Chief Ephraim Usman, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a congratulatory message issued on his behalf by the Director of Media and Publicity to the Chairman, Ibrahim Yusuf Dembo, Hon. Musa wished the Commissioner a long life, prosperity, and sound good health, acknowledging his tireless efforts in promoting peace, stability, and development in Plateau State.
