Kanam LG Chairman approves appointments of Supervisory Councillors, Special Advisers, others

. Salihu Ayuba Musa, has approved the appointment of Supervisory Councillors and Special Advisers

The Executive Chairman of Kanam Local Government Council, Hon. Salihu Ayuba Musa, has approved the appointment of Supervisory Councillors and Special Advisers to support the administration of the Council.

This announcement was made in an official Press release issued on March 22, 2025, and signed by the Executive Chairman himself.

In a statement issued on his behalf by his Director of Media and Publicity, Ibrahim Yusuf Dembo, Hon. Musa said the appointments were based on credibility and a fair distribution of representation to the people of Kanam LGA.

He urged the appointees to carry out their tasks with diligence and help achieve the goals of Governor Mutfwang, who is the pilot of the “Time is Now.”

The appointed officials are:

SUPERVISORY COUNCILLORS

1. Haruna Idris Amin

2. Ahmadu Musa Mohammed

3. Kabiru Mohammed Bawa

4. Umar Ahmad Shuaibu

5. _Adamu Mohammed Bello

6. Shuaibu Yusuf Nahuta

7. Ku’uldiis Ibrahim Kafi

8. Abubakar Ali Gulang

9. Aliyu S. Aliyu

SPECIAL ADVISERS

1. Bitrus Nazahk Ali

2. Hussaini Adamu

3. Bapidol Samuel Buba

According to Dembo, other officials were also appointed which include:

1. Saratu Altine Allabura: Director of Research and Documentation

2. Kabiru Ibrahim Galadima: Chief Protocol to the Executive Chairman.
