In a bid to enhance transparency, accountability, and quality service delivery, the Executive Chairman of Jos South Local Government Area, Hon. Silas Patrick Dung, has established a Taskforce on Project Monitoring and Evaluation.
This newly formed body will be responsible for overseeing both ongoing and future projects to ensure efficient resource utilization and adherence to standards.
The taskforce, chaired by Engr. Gyang Tanko, consists of the following members:
- Engr. Jang Chuhwak Tanko
- Barr. Dawah Sunday Davou
- Mrs. Josephine Vou Davou
- Arc. Victor Pam
- The Divisional Officer, NSCDC (Bukuru Division)
- Mr. Elisha Bulus, who will serve as Secretary to the team.
According to a press statement released on March 3, 2025, by Christy Pam Makut, the Press Secretary to the Executive Chairman, the taskforce members are expected to carry out their duties with professionalism and diligence. The public and key stakeholders have been encouraged to support the team in their efforts to improve service delivery across Jos South LGA.
