Humanitarian Minister Nentawe Yilwatda makes a significant appointment aimed at strengthening humanitarian efforts in Nigeria.

The Honourable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction has approved the appointment of two Special Advisers and a Personal Assistant.


The new appointees are:

  1. Mr. Paul Fanzhi Domsing – Special Adviser on Special Duties.
  2. Dr. Umar Ibrahim Mantu – Special Adviser on Strategy and Partnerships.
  3. Engr. Kevin Nedim Pankshin – Personal Assistant.

Mr. Domsing, the new Special Adviser on Special Duties is a financial expert with two decades of experience in banking and consulting.

Dr Mantu, the new Special Adviser on Strategy and Partnerships is a lawyer, and development specialist. He has vast experience in corporate and commercial law, corporate financing and corporate social responsibility.

Engr. Pankshin, the new personal assistant to the Honourable minister is a renewable energy designer and installator. He is also a political commentator and community leader.

The Honourable Minister enjoins the newly appointed officers to discharge their duties with dedication and patriotism.
