Hon. Saleh Zwalnan, a youth representative in the Nigerian Youth Parliament, has congratulated Prof. Patricia Manko Lar following her appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as Acting Vice-Chancellor of Yakubu Gowon University, Abuja.
