The Dachung Musa Bagos foundation, as part of its commitment in community outreach, responded to the needs of communities by providing water to Angwan Peter in Tudun Wada and Jenta Adamu communities in Jos, Plateau State.
The program manager of the foundation, Mr. Alpha Dali, who spoke on behalf of the Executive Director of the foundation, Mrs. Lydia Dachung Bagos, said this intervention came as a result of an appeal by the communities due to the acute water scarcity the communities are facing at the moment. Hence, in order to safeguard the health and wellbeing of the communities, the foundation stepped in to provide the needed water aid. He also added that the foundation would do more to affected communities on the availability of resources within its purview.
The benefitting communities thanked the foundation for responding to their need.
It would be recalled that a similar gesture was extended to many communities across Plateau State for over 3 weeks in the year 2024.
